The information we collect is used to validate your identity for access to and participation in the UHY intranet. You should be aware that the very nature of an intranet means UHY and other users will have access to information you include in your user profile and may use it for business purposes. However, our use of data only pertain to legitimate business needs and UHY International does not sell, barter, exchange or give away user data of any kind to external parties or use it for commercial purposes. We make every attempt to keep your data as secure as possible. In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, you are entitled to request a copy of the information we hold about you at any time (contact the UHY executive office). By clicking “Register” you permit UHY International to store and use the personal details you supply for the purpose(s) for which we reasonably believe it was provided.

Please note that any personal data supplied by you shall be retained by UHY International for the duration of your membership, and potentially beyond that for statutory record keeping purposes. Under EU law, organisations are required to comply with data privacy standards and make themselves accountable to the data subjects whose information they hold.
